The document linked below detail the standard terms and conditions for contracted work engaged with and taken up from HodgesNet Ltd for the delivery of work agreed within any agreed letter of engagement.
These terms of agreement can be altered by HodgesNet Ltd at any time. Any contracts or agreements in place will be subject to these changes and amends immediately. Letters of engagement may reflect differing terms and as such will supersede any definition within these terms.

In addition to our payment terms detailed in our standard terms and conditions, we are also able to take payment by credit and debit cards with the exception of any SEO work. All SEO work is invoiced for and paid via our Direct Debit provider, GoCardless, or via direct bank transfer.
Delivery Policy – Where products are ordered online and require delivery, orders received before 12:00 noon (UK time) are processed and sent out to customers the same day, via Royal Mail first class or other suitable delivery or courier method. Orders taken after this time will be processed the next day. Electronic orders and downloads are available instantly via email.
Refund / Cancelation Policy – For all training products where physical products have been delivered to the customer, refunds can be requested under our 30 day money back guarantee, if the items are returned unopened and undamaged to the HodgesNet offices and arrive within the 30 day time period. Ultimate Marketer 30 day monthly subscription memberships can be cancelled immediately and at any time before the next billing cycle through our your account with the relevant payment processor.
